Dwight has available his tab book volume 1, titled:

Gordon Banks is a student of Dwight's who doesn't use tab, but he's found that it can be useful for some who like to use it as a reminder of how a tune goes and has generously donated some tabs that he has worked out from Dwight's playing.

Stewart Seidel, another long-time student of Dwight's, has been in the habit of tabbing out everything Dwight taught at every class he's ever been to for more than a decade. If you want to experiment with these tabs, they are available here as TEF files for viewing with the free TEFView program.
